Biography
He is currently the chief scientist of the National STD / AIDS Prevention and Control Center, the director of the Laboratory of the Institute of Viral Diseases, and the Dean of the School of Life Science and Bioengineering of Beijing University of Technology. In 1952 graduated from the Shanghai Medical College. Chinese Academy of Sciences, French National Academy of Medical Sciences foreign academician, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences foreign academician. Ph.D., postdoctoral tutor. Former Dean of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine.1974 - 1975 guest researcher at the Glasgow Virus Institute in the UK engaged in tumor based research. 1986-1987 at the National Center for Scientific Research in France as a guest researcher engaged in HIV research. (Including EBV, papillomavirus, HTLV-1 virus, HBV and human herpes virus type 8) and human cancer from 1973 onwards; from 1984 to study the epidemiology of HIV, Molecular epidemiology, drugs and vaccines. The above work has achieved remarkable results.
