Biography
Chris Cross joined BGI in 1999 as an Operational Analyst, and has supported a variety of training device programs and managed several technical projects since that time. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a BS in Aerospace Engineering and recently retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserve after 20 years of combined service in the U.S. Navy and Air Force Reserve. He has over 3,000 flight hours in the F/A-18 and F-16 as an instructor pilot, flight examiner and test pilot. He has extensive combat experience, and earned a Purple Heart in 1996 during combat operations in Southwest Asia. As a Vice President, he is responsible for the leadership and daily program execution of our Engineering and Products Sector, as well as furthering research and development and business development strategies.
