Phil Dismukes

Biography

Phil Dismukes founded BGI in 1994. His vision of supporting “end user customer requirements” by investing the time and effort of operationally experienced personnel in industry products early in the engineering development cycle remains the backbone of the original business model. In 2001, Phil reorganized BGI as a partnership with Dave, Eric, and Chris bringing together a small business Service Academy graduate leadership team unmatched in industry. The integration of Operational expertise and Engineering capabilities led to our two Sector company; Training and Technical Services & Engineering and Products.  Phil graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a BS in Engineering and is a graduate of the USAF Fighter Weapons School Instructor Course. Recently retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, he flew the F-16 throughout his 23+ years of Air Force and Air National Guard service.
