Richard Waldron

Biography

 Mr. Waldron has extensive experience in the financing and executive operations of biotechnology companies. He has served as the Chief Financial Officer of three publicly traded companies, successfully raising capital for all three and executing the merger of one of them. More recently he helped establish a major division of Intrexon Corporation. Prior to working in the industry Mr. Waldron served as a senior health care banker, executing strategically significant transactions for clients including Genzyme and Genentech, and initiated the sector practice at Cowen & Company. He graduated with honors from Harvard Business School, and magna cum laude from Princeton University. Mr. Waldron also serves on the Board of Directors of a regenerative medicine biotechnology company he co-founded.
