He is now Member of the Executive Committee of BOE,Senior Vice President,Joint Chief Operating Officer and CEO of the Smart System Business Group of BOE. Mr. Yao is also President of BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing BOE Vision-electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing BOE Multimedia Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Intelligence Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. and Varitronix International Ltd.. Mr. Yao worked as Chief of Department of Financing in BOE, Director of Business Planning Center, Deputy CFO of Beijing BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd, CFO of Hefei BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd. and Chief Strategy Officer of BOE.Ms. Dong Youmei is Executive Vice President, the Secretary General of the Strategy Committee of the Board, Director of the Technology and Product Strategy Committee.
