Biography
Pei Le, male, Manchu, Xingxing, Liaoning Province, lecturer. In 1998 to enter the Northeastern University administrative management, in 2002 to obtain a master's degree, continue to study in the school administration. During the study period, outstanding achievements, continuous access to Northeastern University outstanding graduate scholarship, and in 2005 successfully graduated from the Bohai University School of Management as a public professional management teachers.
