Dr. Yang Guoyou, born in March 1970 , graduated from the North Township, Liaoning Province, received a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics, Liaoning University. He received a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hainan University ( MBA , Financial Management); Associate Professor Bohai University School of Management Accounting Department of accounting information teaching teacher.
