Biography
Mr. Chan earned a B.S. degree in Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA with specialization in Computer System Management and Operations Research from Nova University. He also holds a Jurisprudence Doctorate (J.D.) degree from South Texas College of Law.
Research Interest
Mr. Andrew K. Chan is Senior Vice President of Legal and Corporate Development of Cellular Biomedicine Group, Inc. and Board Secretary. Mr. Chan served as Chief Financial Officer of Cellular Biomedicine Group Ltd. from February 2011 to January 2014. He was appointed as Board Secretary in September 2016.
