Biography
Sophia S. Jeong is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she teaches Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Her research focuses on processes leading to cooperative behavior, prosocial behaviors and interpersonal conflict, including emotions, trust, and values, in the context of dyads and workgroups. Her work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Management. She received her doctorate from the University of South Carolina.
