Biography
Youngsang (Ray) Kim is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. from University of South Carolina, Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University, and B.A. from Dongguk University. His research focuses on strategic human capital, strategic human resource management, turnover, group dynamics, and sustainability. Dr. Kim teaches in the area of organizational behavior and human resource management at the undergraduate level.
