Biography
Dr. Liu's research aims at gene therapy for hemophilia by using a nonviral human ribosomal DNA-targeting vector, which have the ability to target foreign therapeutic gene into human ribosomal DNA locus. Dr. Liu's research focuses on gene targeting in human marrow mesenchymal stem cells, human embyonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells.
