Biography
Group Senior Vice President, Food and Environmental Testing North America. Mr. Bryant graduated from North Carolina State University in Economics and Industrial Engineering and was commissioned an officer in the U.S. Marines. After serving as an Infantry Officer in Desert Storm, he began his clinical laboratory career with Dianon Systems (NASDAQ:DIAN). After the acquisition by Lab Corp (NYSE:LH), Mr. Bryant co-founded CBLPath, Inc. and capitalized and scaled the business before selling it to Sonic Healthcare (ASX: SHL). Post-merger, he was appointed CEO for Sonic Healthcare USA, the third largest full-service clinical laboratory in the US. In 2014, he left to co-found SeLux Diagnostics, a Cambridge-based diagnostics company with a synthetic laboratory enzyme platform. He has served on the board of the American Clinical Laboratory Association as well as various private equity-backed healthcare services companies. Mr. Bryant is also the Secretary of the Board of the USO of NC.
