Biography
Mr. Zhang has over 20 years experience in the financial industry and has played a significant role in the financing and business development strategies of a number of companies. Mr. Zhang currently serves as Executive Director of Zhuhai ZhongNanHui Chemical Co.Ltd., and was formerly the CFO of Jing’an China Corporate. Mr. Zhang holds honors degree with a major in finance from the Renmin University in Beijing China. Mr. Zhang was elected to the board of Changfeng Energy in February 2008.
