Biography
Ip Chi Ming, aged 55, was formerly an executive director of the Company until 8 January 2010 when he was re-designated as a non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Ip is a director of some of the subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Ip has over 25 years of experience in trading and marketing in the food products industry as well as extensive experience in corporate strategic planning, overall management, business development, sales and marketing. Mr. Ip served as an executive director of Suncorp Technologies Limited (stock code: 1063) from February 2010 to April 2014.
