Biography
Yuan Shaobin has served as Vice Chairman of CITIC Construction since October 2014. At present, with an EMBA degree, he holds professional titles of senior engineer, national first-class registered construction engineer, and Chartered Builder. Yuan Shaobin has successively held the posts of Director of the Engineering Department, Vice Chief Engineer and President of CITIC International Contracting Inc., and President of CITIC Construction.
