Biography

2004 Dr. graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine, China Agricultural University, 2007 , employed as an associate professor, 2013 was hired as a doctoral tutor, research direction for viral pathogenesis and new control techniques; 2010 on 3 Yue -2011 years 9 Yue employed as Department of Microbiology, University of Chicago, Assistant Professor, research direction for the virus and the host cell interaction mechanism. 2006 "paramyxovirus invasion of the host cell molecular mechanism research" access to the Ministry of Education National "100" outstanding doctoral thesis, in 2011 won the Ministry of Education New Century Talent Award. Presided over the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Excellent Bo Fund, the Ministry of Education New Century Talent Fund, Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Science and Technology Support Program and other national / provincial and ministerial level scientific research project 10 . Proficiency in English and Russian, two domestic and foreign academic journals as editors, many times at home and abroad academic report on the progress. He has published more than 30, nearly 5 years to corresponding author in the Journal of Virology Journal of Virology , anti-virus research Antiviral Research, , scientific reports Scientific Reports , microbial frontier Frontiers in Microbiology and other international journals published 10 piece (impact factor 30 ) , applied for patent 7 items China Science and technology Press published monographs 1 department. Undertake graduate school elective course "protein and protein technology," training doctoral graduate students 1, Master graduate student 4 people, laboratory currently five doctoral students, three graduate students.

Research Interest

1 . With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, this research team has broken through the routine research of single virus, launched the research on the invasion mechanism of three different viruses, and designed the new type of polypeptide which can effectively inhibit these virus infection and mixed infection in vitro, In the establishment of the virus infected cells and animal models have been verified , the role of the target has been successfully resolved. Then using a variety of strategies for modifying proteins, found that cholesterol modification by the blood brain barrier in front of the infection 1 days or after 1 Tian intramuscular injection, can make 50-70% of the animals resistant to high titers of virus infection, study The development of broad-spectrum peptide antiviral blockers provides a new strategy . Has been authorized three national invention patents, as the author of the paper published in the Journal of Virology [ 2013, IF = 4.6 ], TopNews science focus network comment : This study updates the knowledge of peptides . 2. When in the National Natural Science Foundation-funded study cellular defense mechanism of regulation of the virus, discovered several important target effects of the virus, which presents some common or regular role in different viral infections, where cell protein GLT (P60 ) Can significantly optimize multiple viral replication. We found that virus infection can cause GLT migrate out of the nucleus, targeting RIG-I 's k63 bit ubiquitination , a negative regulator of innate immune interferon pathway, thus optimizing viral replication . This group also found that GLT gene silencing and blocking GLT translocation can inhibit a variety of viral replication, indicating that GLT is a broad sense of the role of the virus target, which broke the DNA and RNA viruses, and whether the virus capsule The limit . To declare a national invention patent, as a communication author's paper published in Scientific Reports [ 2016, IF = 5.3 ] . 3. Under the auspices of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the GLT mimetic protein G4-T was constructed and purified in vitro and purified in vitro and added to the cell culture medium at a dosage of 0.1mg / 10ml . Found that G4-T dimer protein ( Figure 3A) can enhance the 7 class virus titer 1-3 orders of magnitude, including the capsule of the virus: coronavirus swine diarrhea virus PEDV , paramyxovirus Newcastle disease virus NDV , Flaviviridae Hepatitis C Virus HCV , Orthomyxoviridae Avian Influenza Virus AIV , Herpes Virus Herpes Simplex Virus HSV-1 , Rhabdoviridae VSV , and Non-Capsular Small RNA Virus Enterovirus EV71 . We further targeted GLT to construct shRNA and found that shRNA treatment could inhibit NDV with AIV infection in host chicken embryos2 orders of magnitude. Based on the host cell defense level design of new antiviral agents, for the development of common prevention and control strategies to provide a viable new countermeasures . To declare two national invention patents, as the author of the paper published in Antiviral Research [ 2017, IF = 4.9 ] .
