Biography
Yan Qiaojuan, Professor, Professor, Ministry of Education of the new century talents, Beijing food nutrition and human health high-tech innovation center post scientists. In 1997 , he graduated from the Agricultural College of China Agricultural University, after graduating from school, in 2004 to promote associate professor, promotion professor in 2009 . Has long been engaged in the scientific research of biological transformation of agricultural products , mainly in the food-related enzymes and their hydrolysates, functional oligosaccharides, natural functional ingredients and microbial organic acids and other aspects of work. In recent years, in the xylanase, glucanase, galactosidase and mannanase and other enzyme-producing strains of screening, gene cloning expression, enzyme purification and properties and hydrolysis characteristics of conduct in-depth study, A new type of enzyme with excellent performance. Presided over the completion of the national 863 plan, the National Natural Science Fund project more than 20 items.
