He has worked in postdoctoral research at Karolinska Institute in Sweden , Vanderbilt University and University of Iowa in Sweden . 2010 Nian 5 Yue employed by the University of Iowa as an Assistant Research Scientist in the research of hematopoietic stem cells and molecular immunology. At present, the main research direction is an important transcription factor GABP family in the maintenance and development of hematopoietic stem cells in the function and molecular mechanism of study, Wnt signaling pathway-related receptors and downstream transcription factors TCF / LEF family in hematopoietic stem cells and T-cell development and differentiation Important function and molecular mechanism in the development process.
