Biography
Ph.D., professor, director of plant genetics and breeding and seed science. In 2004 , he received his Ph.D. degree from China Agricultural University and stayed in school. The main research direction is the genetic diversity of rice germplasm resources, the origin and evolution of cultivated rice, and the functional genome of rice. Cloning the genes controlling spikelets of wild rice, revealing the genetic mechanism of rice panicle evolution, and providing an important basis for exploring the molecular mechanism of Asian domestication of cultivated rice ( Nature Communications 4 : 3200 ). The GL4 gene, which controls the grain size of rice, was isolated and revealed the molecular genetic mechanism of grain size and grain size in African domestication ( Nature Plants 2017064 ). Has hosted the National Natural Science Fund 3 , " 863 " topic 1 item. Has published 35 papers (including SCI 26 ).
Research Interest
First, the rice functional genome Second, rice molecular breeding Third, the origin and evolution of rice molecular mechanism
