Biography
Dr Xi holds a Doctor of Engineering from Northeastern University of Technology with a major in physical chemistry of metallurgy and is a qualified senior engineer at the professor level. He was conferred “National Outstanding Professional” which was jointly awarded by national agencies including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Ministry of Science and Technology. Dr Xi was also a recipient of the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation “Science and Technology Innovation” award.
