Biography
China by production volume and energy efficiency, engaging in processing of natural gas for production of chemical fertilizers and other chemical products. It is headquartered in Dongfang, Hainan. Its parent company is CNOOC, the third largest petroleum state-owned enterprise in Mainland China. Its H shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 September 2006.
Research Interest
Our Board has established an Audit Committee in compliance with the Rules 3.21 and 3.22 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The primary duties of the committee will be to review and supervise the financial reporting process and internal control system of our Company and provide advice and comments to the Board.
