Biography
Appointed Director of China CITIC Bank International Limited (the "Bank") in March 2013 and elected Chairman in May 2015. Currently, Mr. Sun is an Executive Director and President of China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited ("CNCB") and a Non-executive Director of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited. Mr. Sun has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry in China.
