Biography
He graduated from the Department of History of Anhui University in July 1994 with a Bachelor of History degree. July 1997 Graduated from the Faculty of International Affairs, Faculty of Foreign Affairs, Master of Laws degree. In 2008 graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of diplomatic studies, received a doctorate in law.
