Biography

Professor, Director of Diplomatic and Foreign Affairs Management Department of Diplomatic Academy, Director of Oriental Diplomatic History Research Center, Distinguished Fellow of German Research Center of Peking University, Senior Fellow of Chahar Institute, Director of Chinese Culture Exchange and Cooperation Promotion Association. Law PhD in international relations at Peking University, master's degree in German language and literature Xi'an International Studies University, had Ruhr University in Bochum, Germany, International Master Program " European Culture and Economics " study and the School of Free University of Berlin, Germany. He has been a member of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Chinese Diplomatic Studies, the Political Secretary of the Chinese Embassy in Germany, the Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Department and the Executive Director of the Beijing Foreign Exchange and Foreign Affairs Management Research Institute since August 2006. He is mainly engaged in Diplomatic negotiations, urban diplomacy, China-EU relations and German political and diplomatic areas such as teaching and research work.
