Wang Guangtin

Biography

  Wang Guangtin is Independent Non-Executive Director of China Oil and Gas Group Limited. Mr. Wang was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Company on 4 November 2009. He is the chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of each of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. He holds a master’s degree in world economics from the Hebei University and has over 30 years of experience in financial and administrative management. He is currently the managing director of Guofu Group and a director and the general manager of Guofu (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited. He is also currently an independent non-executive director of ENN Energy Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange.
