Biography

 Professor level senior engineer, doctoral graduate. In December 2002, he was appointed as the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau. In November 2004, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau. In December 2005, he was the manager of Shengli Oilfield Company. In December 2008, he was appointed as the general manager of Ren Shengli Oilfield Company. From December 2008 to July 2010, he was appointed Secretary of Party Committee, Deputy General Manager and Director of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Development Co., Ltd. From July 2009 to July 2010, he was the deputy general manager and director of Sinopec International Petroleum Exploration and Development Co., Ltd..
