Biography
Professor level senior engineer, doctoral graduate. He has been the Deputy Manager of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company since February 2000. He has been the Director and General Manager of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company Limited since June 2000. He was appointed as the Manager of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in November 2001 Deputy Director of the Economic and Trade Commission, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group (Appointment); Vice President of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation since April 2003 and Director of Oilfield Exploration and Development Division of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation in June 2003 Since February 2005, he has been a member of the Party Group of China Petrochemical Corporation.
