Biography

 Professor level senior accountant, doctoral graduate. From June 2008 to October 2009, he was appointed as the Chief Accountant and Member of the Party Committee of China Petroleum Exploration and Development Corporation. From October 2009 to September 2012, he was appointed as China Petroleum Exploration and Development Corporation Chief Accountant, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Financial Officer of China Petroleum International Investment Co., Ltd.
