Hou Qijun

Biography

 Mr. Hou Qijun has nearly 30 years of working experience in China’s oil and gas industry. In October 2002, Mr. Hou became Vice President of Daqing Oilfield Company. He was appointed President of Jilin Oilfield Company in October 2004, and concurrently served as President of Jilin Petroleum Group in July 2007. Mr. Hou was appointed Vice President of PetroChina Natural Gas & Pipeline Company in September 2011, and concurrently served as President of PetroChina Natural Gas Marketing Company starting from November 2011, and as Director General of PetroChina Oil & Gas Pipeline Control Center from March 2012. In November 2013, Mr. Hou became Director General of Planning Department of both CNPC and PetroChina, and was appointed Vice President of CNPC in March 2017.
