Liu Hongbin

Biography

 Mr. Liu has more than 30 years of working experience in China's oil and gas industry. Mr. Liu became Vice President of PetroChina Tuha Oilfield Company in July 1999, and subsequently President of the Company in July 2000. He was made Director-General of PetroChina Planning Department in March 2002 and then Director-General of CNPC Planning Department in September 2005. Mr. Liu was appointed Vice President of PetroChina in June 2007, and was concurrently named President of PetroChina Marketing Company in November 2007. He became Vice President of CNPC in July 2013, and started to hold the concurrent posts of President and Executive Board Director of Daqing Oilfield Company Ltd. in August 2013.
