Biography
Mr. Qin Weizhong has more than 20 years of working experience in China’s petrochemical industry. In October 2004, Mr. Qin became Deputy Director General of Development and Planning Department of Sinopec, and served concurrently as Director General of Sinopec’s New Energy Office starting from May 2007. In July 2010, He became President of Sinopec Jiujiang Petrochemical Company. Mr. Qin was appointed Vice President of CNPC in March 2017.
