Research Interest
1) drug molecular design and synthesis The use of reasonable drug design methods to carry out for major diseases (such as cancer, cardiovascular, diabetes, etc.) drug molecular design, chemical synthesis and biological evaluation, found that lead compounds. 2) computer-aided drug design application of chemical, biological and computational science and other interdisciplinary, computer-aided drug design of new methods. Such as the high-throughput virtual screening method based on the target structure, the reverse target virtual screening method based on the natural active ingredient, the centralized composition library based on the target three-dimensional structure and the new drug design method based on molecular debris.
