Research Interest
Professor WANG’s research focuses on the the studies of nanovector based delivery system for biomacromolecular drugs and nanoscale targeted drug delivery system. He recently published a paper entitled "A dual-targeting drug co-delivery system for tumor chemo- and gene combined therapy", which considered that combining DCA and p53 gene could be an effective way to treat tumors and developed a DSPE-PEG-AA modified reconstituted high-density lipoprotein-based DCA/p53-loaded nanoparticles, which are fabricated as a drug/gene dual-targeting co-delivery system for potential cancer therapy.
