Biography

Iam briefed (education, work experience) Dr. Zhang Yubin, Professor, Ph.D., director of biochemistry teaching and research department. 1998.7 Graduated from the Chinese Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences, received a doctorate in biochemical pharmacy. 1989.7 Graduated from the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Beijing Union Medical College, Institute of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, microbiology pharmacy master's degree. 1982.7 Graduated from the University of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Jiangnan University received a bachelor's degree. 2002-12-2007.1 Pennington Biomedical Research Center, Louisiana State University, USA Postdoctoral research. He is a member of Jiangsu Biochemical and Molecular Biology Society, member of Jiangsu Provincial Biotechnology Association, member of AAAS, member of NAMIO, China. Pharmaceutical journal editorial board, Chinese medicine biotechnology magazine editorial board and biotechnology magazine editorial board. Won the Jiangsu Province, six talent peak project and the Nanjing outstanding students returned to the project funding. 2. Research direction and research situation The task group mainly carry out the molecular basis of metabolic diseases and drug treatment research. To explore the molecular mechanism of the pathogenesis of metabolic diseases and the role of drug therapy by means of cell system and animal model, to explore the innovative drug treatment of obesity, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus and atherosclerosis Molecular pharmacological mechanism of metabolic diseases. In recent years, the main research direction : (1) basic research of metabolic biology: mainly to carry out mitochondrial function and PGC1 and NT-PGC1 structure and function research. NT-PGC1 was first discovered and reported, and its biological function in energy metabolism has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign counterparts. (2) Drug treatment studies of metabolic diseases: drug therapy studies on metabolic-related diseases around PGC1 and NT-PGC1 signaling pathways, such as obesity and nonalcoholic fatty liver. The biochemical and molecular pharmacological mechanisms of metabolic diseases were elucidated by using biotransformation and chemical synthesis methods to prepare the metabolites of traditional Chinese medicine. The above research was funded by two National Natural Science Foundation projects, two key laboratories funded by the Fund. 3. Recently published papers and works
