Mr. Li Guohui

Biography

Mr. Li is executive Director, the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of China Resources Pharmaceutical Company Limited. He also serves as a Director of CR Double-Crane, a Director of Dong-E-E-Jiao and a Supervisor of CR Sanjiu. He served as an analyst in investment, merger and acquisition/finance in IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group, an analyst in investment and finance in IMC Development & Management Limited, and the chief accounting officer of the finance department of China Resources Holdings. He obtained the qualification of financial analyst issued by CFA Institute and the qualification of certified accountant issued by the Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Singapore. Mr. Li obtained a master’s degree in business administration from Wuhan University in Wuhan, the PRC and a master’s degree in financial management from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
