Doctor, male, born in 1962, China University of Geosciences (Beijing) associate professor, master tutor, geology engineering. Pseudonym Wang Shuli. From 1989 to 2002, he served as deputy director of the Department of Civil Engineering, China University of Geosciences (Beijing) Engineering and Technology College. In 2006 served as director of China Engineering Blasting Association. 2010 ~ 2014 for the China Engineering Blasting Association executive director.
