Biography
Meiqin Lin is an Associate Professor at the Research Institute of Enhanced Oil Recovery of China University of Petroleum-Beijing. He is also a Master supervisor for Chemical Engineering and Technology. In 1991, Lin obtained his Master degree in Chemistry and Physics of Polymers from Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interest includes EOR, chemistry and physics of polymers, colloid and interface chemistry and deep profile control by dilute polymer solution. He secures the sponsorship from National Natural Science Foundation of China, national key S&T Special Projects, and also he possesses rich professional experience in national projects and oil company projects. He has published more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals including Fuelã€Journal of Chemical & Engineering Dataã€Colloids and Surfaces Aã€Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering, Acta Petrolei Sinica, etc.; Also he owns two granted patents. As the principal person he has obtained province scientific and technological progress award.
