Biography
Chen Yingan reecived his National Postdoctoral Fellow from Tsinghua University. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Aeronautics and Electronics of China University of Science and Technology. He has the experience of working as the R & D Manager in API3 Creative Asia Pacific Technology.
