Biography
Chen Zuozhou received his Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering from the The United States, Arizona,State University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Aeronautics and Electronics of China University of Science and Technology. He has the experience of working as Deputy director / researcher in the Department of Information and Communication Institute of Zhongshan Academy of Sciences.
