Biography
Dr. Horng-Yu Yang Ph.D in Atmospheric Science & Environmental Engineering from Graduate Institute of Geography, Chinese Culture University, 1989-1993. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering of China University of Science and Technology.

Air Pollution Meteorology, Debris Flow Disaster and Prevention, Renewable Energy sources development and application, Environmental Disaster management and Risk assessment
