Biography
YANG Ke, Ph.D, Professor and Head of Specialized Materials & Devices Division, Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Researches are mainly focused in the areas of novel metallic biomaterials and advanced steels, including nickel-free high-nitrogen stainless steels, anti-bacterial metals, biodegradable magnesium alloys, high strength pipeline steels, advanced thermal resistant steels, high strength & toughness maraging steels, etc. More than 400 journal papers and 7 books have been published, and more than 70 China Patents have been awarded. More than 70 supervised Ph.D students have graduated from IMR.
