Biography
Dr. S. R. Hwang received his Master's degree from the Department of Mathematics in Tamkang University. Currently, he is the Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological Science and Technology of China University of Science and Technology. He was also the Principle Investigator of Cooperative Plans.
