Biography
Dr. T.J. Hsieh Xavier received his Ph.D in Construction Engineering from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, 1996. He also pursued his EMBA degree from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, 2010. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering of China University of Science and Technology.
