Biography
Dr. Wen-Hu Tsao received his Ph.D in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, U.S.A. 1992. He was the Ph.D Candidate, Department of Banking and Finance, Tamkang University. Currently, he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering of China University of Science and Technology.
