Dr. Y. C. Chung received his Ph.D degree in Environmental Biotechnology from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. Currently, he is the Professor and Chairman in the Department of Biological Science and Technology of China University of Science and Technology. He has the License of Food Technician and a certificate of Consultant of Biotechnology Company
