Biography
Zhang Minghua received his degree in Doctor of Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington and degree in Master of Electrical Engineering from University of Louisville, Kentucky. Currently he is the Associate Professor in the Department of Aeronautics and Electronics of China University of Science and Technology. He has the experience of working as Electrical Engineer in ZTE Engineering Consultants (Inc) Taipei, Taiwan and as Assistant Professor in the University of Texas at Arlington Texas, USA. He also has the license for the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of China issued Grade B industrial wiring technician license number 013-001353 and North American Energy Practitioners Certification Board (NABCEP) issued photoelectric system design and installation certificate letter number E082109-25.
