Mr. Chan Yuen Tung

Biography

Mr. Chan Yuen Tung has extensive experience in manufacturing industries in the mainland China. He was appointed as a member of the Mudanjiang Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 2005 and became a member of standing committee of Mudanjing Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 2006, and was appointed as a member of Heilongjiang Province Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in 2007. Mr. Chan graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering for the University of Hong Kong in 1992. Mr. Chan is responsible for the overall strategic, development and operations of the Group. Mr. Chan was appointed as the chairman of the Board and an executive director of the Company with effect from 29 October 2007

On 4 April 2007, the Group disposed of petroleum related business and evolved into a fully integrated coal-based chemical manufacturer.
