Biography
Vice Chief of Key and Open Laboratory of Remote Seining and Information Technology Application in Fisheries, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences; mentor for student for master degree in part time for Dalian Fisheries University and Ocean University of Shanghai; committeeman of Interface Application Professional Committee of the Fourth Space Navigation Society of Shanghai; director of Infrared and Remote Seining Society of Shanghai; Member of Fisheries Society of Shanghai and Fisheries Society of China. Its main research field is the application of fishing ground oceanography of satellite remote seining and interface information technology on fisheries. In charge of or be in for more than 10 research projects such as 863 Program of State Science and Technology including “the task of information application and service system and demonstration for squid fishing ground in North Pacific”, undertaking the design of the general precept for forecasting fishing condition of squid in North Pacific and establishing the method of integration technology combined between the illation technique of intelligent exemplification and GIS; in charge of field investigation and analysis for tuna fishing conditions in Western and Central Pacific in the task of information retrieval and application from conditions of ocean fishing grounds; study on model and system development for forecasting fishing condition of tuna in the task of forecasting technique of fishing condition of tuna in ocean area and developing new method of tuna fishing ground prediction based Bayes probability. He has awarded one the first class prize of the national scientific and technological progress, one the second class prize of scientific and technological progress in Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and one prize of the new achievement of Ocean innovation in National Bureau of Ocean. He has written and published over 20 scientific papers on scientific journals at different levels.
