Dr. Lai-hao Li, Director of food engineering and food safety division,quality and standardization researcher center of South China Sea Fisheries Research Institute, belonged to Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, The vice director of aquatic processing and comprehensive utilization committee of China aquaculture society, et al. Research interests are seafood processing and microbiology, quality and safety assessment of aquatic products, shelf-life extension of processed aquatic food, value-added product research and development, fishery by-product recovery and utilization, assuring quality, safety and development in the seafood industry.
