Biography
CAI You-qiong graduated from Ocean College of Shandong and specialized in aquatic products processing of fisheries department. He has been working in East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute, specializing in the field of processing and fully utilization related with aquatic products, shellfish purification and sanitation, aquatic products quality inspection and so on. His chiefly finished items are as follow: study on shellfish purification technologies, demonstration of technology system concerning shellfish production ,about ten criterions on safety limit and control of primary aquiculture fishery product .Simultaneously, he charged and participated in determining several Agriculture Ministry Criterions on the fishery products and industrial criterion on fishery product. He began to work in the field of fishery products quality inspection at 2003.Now he is the vice director of the laboratory of Fisheries Environments and Aquatic Products Processing of East China Sea Fisheries Research Institute and Fishery Products Quality Inspection and Test Center , Ministry of Agriculture of China ,shanghai. Presently, his research topics are primarily related to quality and safety of aquatic products and shellfish purification.
